The customer service was SO KIND in their messages and genuinely this urn is PHENOMENAL, I just love the design on the front. My pup spent a few years in the box that he came with for free from the cremator. Now that I had a means to be able to upgrade him, I did! And this was the PERFECT upgrade!

I bought this for my sister as a memorial for her dog after he left us :( she was extremely touched by the memorial and thought it.was perfect to remember her furry friend
