dogurns.ca is owned and operated by Astreos International Kft, a company registered in Hungary. We make personalised pet urns and memorial keepsakes for people who have lost a pet — urns, engraved pieces, and small things to keep close.
Made by a small team, one at a time
Our workshop is in Budapest. Every piece is made to order by our own team, in our workshop and using our own equipment. Nothing is mass-produced and no order is passed to a third party.
We know what these pieces mean. That shapes the way we work: there is no batch to get through and no name simply added to a template. Each piece is prepared individually and carefully checked before it is packed.
Personalisation chosen for the piece
We engrave, print and embroider in our own workshop, which allows us to use the method best suited to the item you have chosen. Names and dates on metal are engraved directly into the material rather than applied to the surface, so they remain readable. Where a photograph or colour detail forms part of the piece, it is printed.
We guarantee that engraved personalisation will remain legible for at least 10 years. In practice, engraving on metal generally remains legible for much longer.
The care we take
- Names, dates and short messages are checked letter by letter before personalisation begins. If anything is unclear, we would rather ask you a question than make an assumption.
- Spacing and placement are set individually for each piece.
- Every order is packed carefully and discreetly.
- If anything is wrong, contact us and we will remake the piece. Because we make it ourselves in our workshop, this usually takes days rather than weeks.
Delivery
Every piece is personalised and dispatched from our Budapest workshop. Most orders to Europe and the UK arrive within 5–7 days of ordering. For other destinations, delivery usually takes 7–10 days. Delivery is handled by the national postal service in your country.
If you need your order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering. We will tell you clearly whether that deadline can be met.
